Recruitment is a multi-step process in which Phi Sigma Pi acquires new members. It is a great opportunity to learn about our values and meet our new members. Simultaneously, we will get to know you socially and professionally and determine your fit within our organization. The process involves attending a mass meeting, attending events to meet brothers, filling out an online application, and completing a formal interview held with our current board members.
